The powerful and robust Blixer of the Robot Coupe combines thefeatures of a cutter and mixer/blender to significantly shorten the cooking time of both raw and cooked food.
Blixer is reliable, efficient, power (induction motor), simple to use and easy-clean.
Blixer is intended primarily in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Restaurants. It is useful in the pharmaceutical industry and Agrifood Business too.
Fine serrated blade assembly supplied as standard.
Option: coarse serrated blade. 
Polycarbonate lid with opening for adding ingredients or liquid during food processing. The scraper scrapes the food from the sides of the bowl and returns it to the shredding / mixing process.
