Level-Up Analogic is a professional oven, available from 7 up to 20 levels for heavy duty use. Direct steam injection that assures high quality cooking results in any type of traditional recipes for kitchens all over the world. The LengthWise insertion of the tray is the typical solution required by the medium and large catering business.

This function allows you to cook different dishes at the same time, suggesting the right order and the right time to put in/remove from the oven individual trays.

Delta T cooking, based on temperature (T) differential (delta) settings, is a particular cooking technique that uses a probe to keep the difference between the temperature of the chamber and the core temperature of the food constant for the whole cooking time.
The Delta T function can be configured from 1° to 150°C and can be activated by selecting the core probe.
